Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
We value your time and ours! To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required.
• Your deposit will go toward your service amount total at the time of your visit
• Clients are permitted one reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice
• This policy is mandatory for new clients, party of 2 or more people and for clients with history of no-shows
• For all intricate two finger designs and above, we will call to confirm the design requested and collect a non- refundable deposit. ( intricate designs: X minutes per finger)
• Failure to show up or provide proper notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. We want to work with you, please call us immediately if you need to make a change to your appointment.
Nieon Nails Services Policy
• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:
* Infected wounds on the treatment area
* Nail condition of ill that we suspect may be contagious, or could be further harmed by the request services
* Diabetes clients: Please inform at check in so we can provide our service with proper care. NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED
* Rude, mean, or disrespectful clients that disrupt our business
* Cause discomfort to our technicians and staff
• REFUNDS, RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
* All services are non-refundable
* No refund or credit because you have simply changed your mind
* Scratched or mis-shaped nails need to notify salon within 24 hours of service with a repair appointment booked within 3 days of service
* Confirmation policy: no re-do after confirmation has been received and cleared by you about your Test Nail (COLOR, PRICING, SHAPE & LENGTH) during service
* All concerns & issues must be brought up at check out and we will try our best to address your service
* Cost of repair or replacement will be charged for negligence upkeep and lack of care of your nails
